Hello Brothers, Families, and Friends. I wanted to say thank you for coming to our new Alumni Page for SDM Triangle Fraternity. We hope to continue to add more information, keep you in the loop, and share what we “The Board“ have been up to! Also, thank you for all the support in our Legacy portfolio because with that we are able to support SDM Triangle for years to come. I hope you also have taken a look at our Lines From the Mines page, as well as our New House updates.

SDM Triangle Legacy Portfolio
The SDM Triangle Alumni Legacy Portfolio was created to help our Chapter thrive for many years to come. Between three different foundations our goal is to create scholarships and funding to continue on the Legacy of SDM Triangle.
Center for Alumni Relations & Advancement (CARA, SD Mines Foundation) - funds scholarships for SD Mines Triangle students
Triangle Education Foundation (TEF, Triangle Nationals) - funds scholarships for SD Mines Triangle students and distributions for educational purposes
Black Hills Area Community Foundation (BHACF, Rapid City) - funds scholarships for SD Mines Triangle students and raises capital for existing Chapter Home maintenance, New Chapter Home Development, and alumni marketing and communications
In 2021, the SD Mines Triangle Alumni Board of Directors established goals for each fund to reach. Upon completion of milestones, scholarships would be established in perpetuity. Annual distributions would also be available to provide financial support to large projects that would improve the living conditions of the Chapter Home and lifestyles of the active students. Progress in the Chapter Home Development fund will finance geotechnical investigations, engineering designs, infrastructure installation, and the construction of a new Chapter Home. The funds for scholarship and Chapter Home allowances will remain available for continuous growth even after the milestones are reached.
